[A] 経済的理由等により入学料・授業料の納付が困難な方
以下の事由に該当する方が申請できます。
- 経済的理由により入学料・授業料の納付が困難な方
- 学資負担者が死亡した方
- 学生又は学資負担者が風水害等の災害([B]に該当するものを除く。)を受けた,又は相当の事由がある方

- 在籍者 ※
※ ここで,「在籍者」とは,2026年2月現在,対象課程の正規生として本学に在籍し,引続き2026年4月以降も在籍する者をいいます。2026年2月現在,本学に在籍していても,3月までに卒業,修了,退学,除籍等の上,2026年4月に本学へ入学(学内進学を含む。)する者は,「2026年4月入学者」として扱います。「在籍者」として申請し,3月までに卒業等した場合は,「辞退」とみなしますので,注意してください。
[B]大規模災害等により家計が急変した方
対象者は,こちらの申請用件に該当する方です。修学支援新制度や[A]を申請される方で,こちらにも該当する場合は,どちらにも申請できます。

申請にあたっての注意
- 申請書類が,合理的説明なく著しく足りない場合,申請を受理しません。
- 本学からの問い合わせ,資料請求等に対して,指定の期日までに回答がない場合,辞退とみなします。
- 本学から別途指示がない限り,Eメールでの申請は受理しません。

[A] Students Who Have Difficulty Paying Admission or Tuition Fee Due to Financial Reasons
You may apply if any of the following conditions apply to you:
- You have difficulty paying tuition for financial reasons.
- Your tuition payer has passed away.
- You or your tuition payer have suffered damage from a natural disaster such as a storm or flood (excluding those covered under category [B]), or have other comparable circumstances.

* In this context, the term ‘Current students’ refers to those who, as of February 2026, are formally enrolled as regular students in the relevant program at this university and will continue their enrollment beyond April 2026.Even if a student is enrolled at this university as of February 2026, those who will graduate, complete their program, withdraw, or otherwise leave the university by March and then enroll (including internal progression) in April 2026 will be classified as ‘Students admitted in April 2026′. Please note that if a student applies as a ‘current student’ but graduates or otherwise leave the university by March, the application will be regarded as a withdrawal. Please take note of this.
[B] Students Whose Household Finances Have Suddenly Changed Due to a Large-Scale Disaster
Eligible applicants are those who meet the application requirements provided at the link.
If you are also applying for the New Higher Education Support System or category [A], and the circumstances here also apply to you, you may submit applications for both.

Important Notes for Application
- If the application documents are significantly incomplete without a reasonable explanation, your application will not be accepted.
- If you do not respond to inquiries or requests for additional documents from the university by the specified deadline, your application will be regarded as withdrawn.
- Unless otherwise instructed by the university, applications submitted by email will not be accepted.
