申請用件は，以下のとおりです。The application requirements are as follows.

大規模災害による家計急変／Sudden Household Financial Hardship Caused by a Major Disaster

令和6年能登半島地震・能登豪雨等の大規模災害（激甚災害又はこれに類するもの）で被害を受けた世帯の学生で，以下のいずれかに該当する者

• 大規模災害（激甚災害又はこれに類するもの）により生計維持者の居住する家屋が「全壊」、「大規模半壊」、「中規模半壊」、「半壊」又は「床上浸水」となった者
• 大規模災害（激甚災害又はこれに類するもの）により生計維持者が死亡または行方不明となった者
• 大規模災害（激甚災害又はこれに類するもの）により、生計維持者の所得が急変する世帯の者

Students whose households were affected by major disasters such as the 2026 Noto Peninsula Earthquake or the 2026 Noto heavy rainfall (designated as severe disasters or equivalent), and who meet one of the following conditions:

• The residence of the primary financial supporter has been classified as “totally destroyed,” “large‑scale partial destruction,” “medium‑scale half destruction,”  “half destruction” or “above-floor flooding” due to a major disaster.
• The primary financial supporter has died or is missing as a result of a major disaster.
• The household has experienced a sudden change in income due to a major disaster.

 

新型コロナウイルス感染症による家計急変／Sudden Change in Household Finances Due to COVID-19

新型コロナウイルス感染症の直接的・間接的な影響で家計が急変した世帯の学生で，以下の要件全てに該当する者

• ⽣計維持者（原則、⽗⺟）が、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡⼤による収⼊減少者等を対象として国や地⽅公共団体が実施する公的⽀援を受給している、⼜は⽣計維持者の家計急変事由発⽣後の所得が，令和元年度～令和５年度のいずれかの年度の所得と⽐較し１／２以下である。
• 令和5年度後期に同様の制度による授業料減免を受けていた。（本学入学前に在籍していた学校での減免を含む。）
• 令和5年度に修学支援新制度（新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により家計が急変した場合）による支援を受けていた学生のうち、令和6年度に新制度による支援の対象外となった学生
• 家計急変事由発⽣後の所得が本学の通常の授業料免除制度の基準の範囲内である。
  • この要件については，申請後に審査します。

Students whose household finances have suddenly changed as a direct or indirect result of the COVID‑19 pandemic and who meet all of the following requirements:

• The primary household supporter (in principle, a parent) is receiving public financial support provided by the national or local government for individuals whose income has decreased due to the spread of COVID‑19, or the supporter’s post‑change income has decreased to one-half or less compared with any income year from FY2019 to FY2023.
• The student received a tuition fee reduction or exemption under a similar scheme in the second semester of AY2023 (including reductions/exemptions received at a previous institution before enrolling at Kanazawa university).
• The students who received support under the new study support system in the event of a sudden change in household finances due to COVID-19 in FY2023, but who are no longer eligible for support under the new system in FY2024.
• The supporter’s post‑change income falls within the eligibility criteria of this university’s standard tuition fee exemption program.
