【新型コロナウイルス感染症による家計急変】令和8(2026)年度4月 入学料・授業料(前期)免除/[Due to COVID‑19 Related Sudden Changes in Household Finances] AY2026.4 Admission Fee and First-Semester Tuition Fee Exemption

新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により家計が急変した世帯の学生を対象に,審査のうえ予算の範囲内で大学独自の入学料・授業料免除を行います。なお,入学料免除は,2026年4月に本学へ入学する者のみが対象です。

Kanazawa University will provide its own admissions fee and tuition fee exemptions, within the limits of the available budget, for students whose household finances have suddenly changed due to the impact of COVID‑19, subject to a review of eligibility. Please note that the admissions fee exemption is available only to students who will enroll in this university in April 2026.

申請方法/How to apply

入学料・授業料免除(新型コロナウイルスによる家計急変)申請に係る申告書」をダウンロードし、必要事項を記載の上、以下のとおり提出してください。
提出後、申請要件に該当するか確認の上、改めて申請書類・申請期限等を指示します。

  • 2026年4月大学院入学者(法務研【A~C日程】を除く。)
    • 提出期間:入学手続期間内
    • 提出方法:入学手続書類と併せて提出
  • 上記以外の2026年4月入学者,在籍者
    • 提出期間
      • 入学者:令和8年3月9日(月)~ 3月16日(月)※郵送の場合、当日消印有効
      • 在籍者:令和8年2月16日(月)~ 3月16日(月)※郵送の場合、当日消印有効
    • 提出方法:学生支援係へ郵送,又は学生支援係の受付窓口へ持参提出
      • 郵送・持参先:こちらのリンク先を参照してください。
      • 郵送する場合の注意
        • 封筒表面に「入学料・授業料免除申請書類在中」と朱書きしてください。
        • 郵送先は,学生支援係に限ります。
      • 持参する場合の注意
        • 宝町・鶴間キャンパスの学生は、所属部局の学務係への持参も受け付けます。ただし,受付時間がそれぞれ異なるので,事前に確認してください。

 

Please download the “Application for admission/tuition fee waiver due to Sudden change in household finances due to COVID-19” complete all required fields, and submit it as instructed below.
After the application is submitted, the university will confirm whether you meet the application requirements and will then provide further instructions regarding the necessary application documents and submission deadlines.

  • For Students Entering Graduate School in April 2026 (excluding those admitted through Law School Entrance Examinations A–C):
    • Submission Period: Within the enrollment procedure period
    • Submission Method: Submit together with the enrollment procedure documents
  • For All Other Students Entering in April 2026 and Current Students:
    • Submission Period
      • Newly Admitted Students:March 9 (Mon) – March 16 (Mon), 2026 * If submitting by mail, the postmark on the final day will be accepted.
      • Current Students: February 16, 2026 (Mon) – March 16 (Mon), 2026 * If submitting by mail, the postmark on the final day will be accepted.
    • Submission Method: Submit by mail or in person to the Student Support Office.
      • Mailing / Submission Address: Please refer to the link provided.
      • Notes for Mailing
        • Clearly write “Application Documents for Admission Fee and Tuition Fee Exemption Enclosed” in red on the front of the envelope.
        • Documents must be sent only to the Student Support Office.
      • Notes for In-person Submission
        • Students at the Takaramachi Campus and Tsuruma Campus may also submit documents to the Academic Affairs Office of their respective departments. Please note that office hours vary; check in advance before visiting.
