[自然研]2025年度博士後期課程履修登録（2025Apr. Subject Registration for Doctor Course Students）

博士後期課程の授業科目は提出された「学修票」に基づき学生課で履修登録します。必要事項を記入の上，下記締切までにEメールで提出してください。「学修票」はリンク先からダウンロードできます。提出方法の詳細は，この項の末尾に記載しています。

博士後期課程の授業の履修には授業担当教員及び主任指導教員の許可が必要です。学修票を提出する前に，メール等で履修の許可を得てください。ただし，大学院GS発展科目及び自然科学特別研究については，教員の許可は不要です。

また，学修票には，修了までに履修を予定する科目をすべて記入してください。履修登録は，教員が成績を報告するまで繰り越すので，学期ごとに提出する必要はありませんが，変更を希望する場合は，随時送付してください。修了に必要な単位については，配布の履修案内に記載がありますので，各自確認してください。

学修票とは別に，大学院GS発展科目のうち，以下の2科目は，毎年３月にその年の履修希望を確認しますので，連絡がありましたら回答をお願いします。

必修科目　　　「次世代エッセンシャル実践」（1単位）
選択必修科目　「次世代イノベーション開拓」（1単位）

次の科目の履修登録については，クォーターごとに履修登録方法を案内しますので，それに従ってください。

選択必修科目「数理・データサイエンス・AI発展」（1単位）

Student Affairs Division will register subjects based on “Subject Registration Card” submitted by students. Please submit the form by Email with necessary information by the deadline below. You can download it from the LINK above. Details on how to submit it are given at the end of this section.

Before you submit the form, please get a permission from the professors of courses you wish to take and from your supervisor via e-mail etc. (Seal is not necessary.) “GS Advanced Courses for Postgraduates (5 subjects)” and “Special Studies” are exceptions: permission from the professors is not required.

In addition, please fill in all courses you intend to take in your enrollment. Registration carries over until the professors reports your grades, so you do not have to submit it every semester, but you can send it in at any time if you wish to make any changes. The credits required for completion are listed in the ‘Degree Completion Guide‘ distributed to students, please check it for yourself.

Separate from the “Subject Registration Card”, for the following 2 subjects of “GS Advanced Courses for Postgraduates”, we will confirm your preferences for taking the subjects for the year in March each year, so please respond when you are contacted.

Compulsory subject “Transferable Skills for Ph.D. Researchers” ( 1 credit )
Elective compulsory subject “Unleashing the Potential of Innovation for Future”( 1 credit )

To register for the following one course, please follow the registration instructions provided for each quarter.

I 大学院ＧＳ発展科目(GS Advanced Courses for Postgraduates)

大学院GS発展科目には，3科目の必修科目及び1単位の選択必修科目があります。詳細はリンク先で確認してください。また，必要な情報は，随時お知らせしますので，アカンサスポータルで設定したメールを必ず確認するようにしてください。早期修了を予定される場合は，履修時期に注意してください。

“GS Advanced Courses for Postgraduates” has 3 compulsory courses and 1 elective credit from 2 courses. Please refer to the link. Please make sure to check the forwarding e-mail address for messages received on the Acanthus Portal, as you will be notified of any necessary information from time to time.

If you apply for early completion, please pay attention to the timing of taking courses.

以下では，必修科目の「次世代研究者倫理」，「国際研究実践」及び選択必修科目の「数理・データサイエンス・AI発展（社会人対象・オンデマンド）」の履修についてご案内します。ほかの科目については，上記リンク先pdf及びシラバスでご確認ください。

「次世代研究者倫理」の履修 /Research Ethics for Ph.D. Researchers

　この科目は必修科目です。必ず履修してください。この授業では，①eラーニングの受講，②情報倫理とネットワークセキュリティに関する動画の視聴を行います。

　 This course is compulsory and must be taken. This course requires ①e-learning and ②watching the videos about information ethics and network security.

① eラーニングの受講 / e-learning

　リンク先に説明がありますので，確認した上で eラーニング教材を受講してください。受講を完了すると，「修了証」を出力できるので，指導教員に提出してください。

Please read the instructions on the link before taking the e-learning material. After completing the course, you can download a ‘certificate of completion’, which you should submit to your supervisor.

② 情報倫理とネットワークセキュリティに関する動画 / Watching the videos about information ethics and network security

　各専攻の教務担当教員から案内がありますので，指示に従って視聴してください。

The teacher in charge of Academic Affaris will provide you with details. Please follow the instructions and watch the videos.

「国際研究実践」の履修/International Collaborative Research for Innovation

この科目は必修科目です。必ず履修してください。

この科目では指導教員の指導のもと、1. 研究留学型，又は2.国際インターンシップ型の研修型を選択した上で、国際会議等での発表や1日～5日程度以上のインターンシップ（企業、研究所、公的機関など）を行い、実施成果に基づき指導教員が総合的に成績を評価します。詳細は，指導教員と調整してください。

※　社会人学生に対する代替措置があります。詳細は指導教員に確認してください。

This course is compulsory and must be taken.

Under the guidance of your academic supervisor, you should select either 1. study abroad type or 2. international internship type, then make presentations at international conferences, or an internship for 1 to 5 days or more. Finally your academic supervisor will decide your result comprehensively.

Please consult with your supervisor for further details.

数理・データサイエンス・AI発展（社会人対象・オンデマンド）/Mathematical, Data Science, and AI Advanced/For working students

この科目は，大学院GS発展科目の中で選択必修として指定されている科目の１つです。

履修登録方法は，クォーターごとにメールで案内します。
対面クラスとオンデマンドクラスがあります。どちらのクラスも英語で行われます。
- 対面クラスはQ1:火曜3限，Q2:水曜3限，Q3:水曜2限に開講されます。
- オンデマンドクラスは，Q1とQ3に開講されます。
オンデマンドクラスは社会人及び二重学位プログラムの学生のみ履修可能です。
開講場所を含め詳細は，シラバスを検索してください。

This course is one of the ‘GS Advanced Courses for Postgraduates’.

Registration instructions for this course will be emailed each quarter.
This course has 2 types : face-to-face class and on-demand class. Both of types are held in English.
- Face-to-face classes are offered in Q1: Tuesday 3rd period, Q2: Wednesday 3rd period and Q3: Wednesday 2nd period.
- On-demand classes are offered in Q1 and Q3.
On-demand classes are for working students and double-degree program students.

II 研究計画書について (Research Plan)

「研究計画書」については，「様式１」には博士後期課程在学中の研究計画を，「様式２」には今年度の研究計画の案を速やかに作成し，主任指導教員と協議して，在学中及び今年度の研究計画を立ててください。「様式１」及び「様式２」は上記URLからダウンロードできます。（大学院係の窓口に提出する必要はありません。）

As for “Research Plan”, “Form 1” is designed for informing research plan during the doctoral course and “Form 2” is designed for informing a draft of your research plan during this year. Please make sure to discuss with your chief supervisor well in order to create your research plans. You can download those forms from the each link. (You don’t need to submit them to Graduate School Affairs Section.)
