The Kanazawa University App is the official app of Kanazawa University. Anyone with a Kanazawa University ID can use it for free. This page describes the types of personal information the Kanazawa University App collects, how it is used and shared, and how users can manage their personal information. The information we may collect via the Application includes:

• Account Information: Kanazawa University ID
• Location: Nearby beacon information detected by the terminal Bluetooth (The location by GPS is not correct. )

• Account Information: Show the Ditital Information Card.
• Location: Location information is used when using Attendance Stamp, Crowd Dencity, and Navigation Service.

4. How the Information is Collected

Through the Kanazawa University Integrated Authentication System (KU-SSO), we get a Kanazawa University ID, and we get the other information from the Academic Affairs System and Acanthus Portal using Kanazawa University ID as a key.

5. How the Information is protected

In order to keep your personal information accurate and updated, to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss, damage, falsification, leakage, etc. We will also take necessary measures such as system security protection, establishment of information management and training to manage the personal information.

6. Provision of Personal Data

We will not provide, disclose or share Personal Data to or with third parties unless we have obtained your consent or such provision, disclosure or sharing of Personal Data is permitted under Applicable Laws.

We will not provide, reveal or share Personal Data with third parties.
